A Little About Me
I have spent much of my life listening to people and their stories.
My background as a documentary filmmaker gave me a deep curiosity about people, their experiences, and the many different paths life can take. It also taught me how to listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, and create a space where people feel comfortable talking about what matters most to them.
My Journey
Like many people, my own life has included unexpected turns, challenges, periods of loneliness, living between cultures, and the ending of a long-term relationship after 26 years.
These experiences have deepened my understanding of change, loss, resilience, and the search for meaning. They have taught me that there is rarely one right way through life and that every person's story deserves to be met with respect and compassion.
My Approach
Alongside my life experience, I have spent many years exploring natural approaches to wellbeing, including kinesiology, Touch for Health, Bach Flowers, Bush Flowers, homeopathic remedies, Emotion Code and Body Code.
Rather than following a fixed formula, I choose the approaches that feel most appropriate for the person in front of me on that particular day.
For People and Animals
I also work with animals, applying the same principles of careful observation, listening, and energetic support to help them find greater balance and wellbeing.
